User research for SME that design products

Background September 2007 I graduated as a Msc. Design for Interaction. During my studies, I had already shifted the attention from design to research. I conducted research on managment of innovation with Arjen Jansen and Marielle van Dijk (Innovatie Test Centrum, Rijkswaterstaat). Afterwards I conducted research with Remko van der Lugt on the influence of digital new media for organising visual data during creative sessions. My graduation project dealt with mapping aspects of online idea generation. Based on the insights required during my graduation project, my love for teaching, and the possibility to go in depth on a topic during a PhD. made me choose for a PhD. project.
