During the design process several different kinds of prototypes were build and deployed, through which we were able to see how the user would respond to concept. In the final three tests mothers and sons used fully working prototypes in their homes for at least one week. We learned that they both were fully involved, among others by looking up old pictures and showing them to each other. (more info on prototypes and tests)
