Designers' Toolkit (1992)

Prof. Jim Hennessey founded the IDEATE group back in 1990. The Designers' Toolkit was a collection of ideas of what special needs industrial designers would have for idea generation in the early phases of the industrial design process. Extensive fieldstudies were done to research the sketching habbits of designers.

His Designer's Toolkit proof of concept application allowed combining rapid creation of wireframe (3d) shapes by working with perpendicular views, mixed seamlessly with (2d) annotation.
